I have been using another great blend which is 3 drops of rosehip seed oil, 3 drops of rosemary and 2 drops of bergamot into an un-perfumed natural shampoo.<br />Rosehip is excellent for the skin and has many rejuvenating properties. It is fantastic for skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis which can be major cause of dandruff and flaky skin. Just an FYI, I've been using the pine and cedar blend and Bach rescue remedy at points in the afternoon and evening as cortisol levels really drop off in people with AF -- this really seems to boost the effectiveness (cortisol levels usually peak around 8 am and so if you apply the oils 1st thing in the morning, they might have worn off by the time your body needs the boost).
