Aromatherapy for Socializing

Need a little help getting ready for the upcoming holiday social gatherings and parties? Enliven yourself with this aromatherapy blend:
  • 3 drops basil essential oil
  • 3 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 6 drops grapefruit essential oil
  • 2 teaspoons carrier oil

Use the essential oil blend in one of these ways:
  • Massage your abdomen, solar plexus, neck, and shoulders.
  • Pour a few drops into the palm of your hands and inhale deeply.
  • Pour 20 drops of the blend into your warm bathwater and soak for at least 15 minutes.
