Aromatherapy for PMS

If you want to try aromatherapy for PMS, single essential oils that might be useful are anise, bergamot, clary sage, fennel, sage, neroli, and ylang ylang.

For general relaxation, diffuse the essential oils of your choice.

10 drops geranium
6 drops chamomile
3 drops clary sage
3 drops angelica
2 drops marjoram

For a relaxing PMS relief bath, Pure Scents for Well Being recommends blending the following essential oils with one teaspoon of oil or milk and adding the blend to your bath:
5 drops bergamot
3 drops geranium
1 drop rose
